Remedial & Sports Massage

Remedial Massage is a deep form of massage used along with special techniques to help ease back pain and joint lesions e.g. Tennis elbow.

It is combined with Swedish and Sports massage to produce the ideal treatment for the individual client. It has the same benefits as other types of massage including, increasing blood supply to injured areas, stimulating and relaxing muscle and nerves, and improving lymphatic drainage.
