Transpersonal Psychotherapy derives from the work of Carl Jung, who believed in the fundamental need of the self (psyche) to grow to its fullest potential.

Psychotherapy means healing our psyche - healing our heart, mind and body. I have trained and worked in forms of therapy for fifteen years with individuals and groups, dealing with a wide range of personal and
interpersonal difficulties.
