My background is in nursing and I have spent 26 years working in the community in Angus, firstly as a District Nurse/Midwife and for the last 16 years as a Health Visitor until I retired at the end of 2006. I trained as a Infant Massage Therapist and Teacher through Touch Learn and am a member of the International Professional Therapists Institute.

I can provide classes in groups if I can find a suitable venue near the group. The classes will consist of 4 weekly sessions lasting approx. 1-1.5 hours. A one-to-one session in your own home consists of 3 weekly classes
